Please find some urgent requirement, Please let me know if any consultant is available please fwd resume to ra...@tgroups.us ASAP Description: RPG Developer Location: Downers Grove, IL Duration: 6 months + *Mode of Interview: phone then face to face* *Description: RPG Developer* Mid Range systems environment ( AS400, RPG systems) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Translate functional/business requirements into technical specifications for the development staff · Analyze and document the technical specifications for existing software applications · Work closely with the architecture staff to design and document technical solutions · Update technical specifications and other necessary technical documentation throughout the project's development life cycle · Research and resolve routine to moderately complex programming issues with immediate, short-term solutions · Act as a conduit for questions and issues between the development staff and other divisions throughout the project's development life cycle · Manage project testing through all phases of project life cycle, ensuring that project test objectives are met within established guidelines. · Train end-users on completed system enhancements and corrections, and follow-up to ensure end-user satisfaction. · Complete and document technical documentation tasks efficiently and professionally. · Understand business requirements and business operating processes/procedures in order to develop effective documentation deliverables. · Develop documentation sets, from planning to completion, for software and hardware systems. · Ability to gather information and requirements developers, systems architects, business end users, and internal/external customers. · Maintain documentation plan for projects; providing outlines, schedules and template for required documents.. · Customarily and regularly exercise independent judgment and discretionary authority with minimal supervision. · Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, and Compliance Program policies. · Maintain complete confidentiality of company related business. · Maintain effective communication with management regarding developments within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested. · Complete all other duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS: · Minimum of 3 years equivalent work experience as a systems, or business analyst preferably related to the health insurance industry · Highly self-motivated and directed · Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities · Experience with legacy “Green Screen” application / AS400 - RPG systems · Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects · Experience with relational databases with an intermediate understanding of SQL · Experience with Microsoft Office suite · Exceptional written and oral communication skills · Superior attention to detail · Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and interviewing skills · Ability to absorb and retain information quickly, specifically complex technical information · Ability to analyze target audience and to present ideas in user-friendly language · Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment · Exceptional customer service orientation · Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment · Ability to understand, work with and/or create; technical documentation, user guides, process flow diagrams, etc. Ability to effectively communicate with and extract requirements from a wide range of audiences; including developers, systems architects, administrators, business end users, and external clients. · Ability/willingness to travel to client/project sites. · Ability to work flexible hours to ensure that project objectives are met within established guidelines*.* Thanks Raman 404-462-2673 ra...@tgroups.us -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MCMS" group.
