This person will work directly with the UX capability leader and the .com team as his UX lead. The ideal person should have knowledge working on large web UX/UI projects. It would be great if they have working knowledge with responsive design, HTML5 and other current UI design frameworks. Also knowledge of Adobe creative products, etc. Must have: Experience with various Javascript frameworks and UI development Strong Core Java skills Ability to collaborate well within large teams especially experience working in onshore/offshore model Experience with web application development Experience on Agile/Scrum based development Perform peer reviews Build and Deployment skills Support DEV leads on task estimation.
