Education Bachelor of Science Required Mobile Application Development & Support Experience (Kony preferred) Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred *Skills* • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders • Demonstrated experience with projects that require Organization Change Management. • Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and prioritize requirements across multiple stakeholders. • Analytical and conceptual thinking – uses logic and structure to address problems. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and project planning skills – ability to structure and execute a plan and work with others to fit objectives and milestones in a larger plan. • Ability to manage people and lead in a virtual team environment. • Demonstrated strength in meeting and workshop facilitation. • Ability to adopt a “client” perspective (Internal and External). • Ability to take on responsibility and maintain flexibility with others to achieve common goals • Proactive approach to solving complex integration problems. *Specialized skills, knowledge or certifications unique to this role* *Required * - Mobile Application Development Experience (Kony preferred) - Requirements gathering, documenting, and prioritization experience - Experience in Agile Project Management Methodologies like SCRUM - Experience with MAM and MDM tools - Understanding of IT Infrastructure and dependencies - Understanding of Cloud technologies and how to leverage them (Azure preferred) - Understanding of Mobile Architectures and how to design and implement them - Experience implementing and supporting mobile and web based solutions - Familiarity with HTLM5, CSS3, and JavaScript - Experience testing Mobile Solutions - Experience in application integration via Enterprise Service Bus or/and web services like SOAP and Restful. *Work flexibility (travel requirements, work schedule, etc.)* *§** Limited Travel will be required. May include multi day trips in the US or longer trips overseas.* *Role summary* *This role is an exciting opportunity to help build a Mobile Application Development Platform using the latest tools and technologies. * The Mobile Services Manager role focuses the development, implementation, and support of Mobile Applications. The role will take the lead in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing requirements across multiple stakeholders. The role will work to identify skill and experience requirements for business and IT roles, work with a Business/IT Governance team to set policies, and the business community to identify and prioritize projects.
