Job Requirements: Note: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jquery (.net or Java),
REST - MUST
CoffeeScript, Ruby, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Rails, Git (either of one)
Solid software engineering fundamentals gained through training, course
work, or relevant experience
- Some experience working on an agile team, preferably with Scrum or
Kanban
- Strong front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/Javascript)
- Experience building single page web applications and working with
RESTful web services
- Ability with the following technologies: Javascript, CoffeeScript,
Ruby, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Rails, Git
- A passion for software development
- A willingness to work with others
- Awesomeness
Bonus points will be given for
- A cool portfolio and/or contributions to open source projects
- Engagement with the larger software development community (Github,
Twitter, blog, etc)
- Experience working with MongoDB
- Experience working with networking gear or in datacenters
- Knowledge of functional programming and use of a functional language
like Erlang or Scala
- Being able to speak knowledgeably about any of the following: Nginx,
Ruby 2, Rails 4, Webmachine, Node and/or Docker
