*Position: Technical Scrum Master / Project Manager Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 6+ Months Contract* *Mandatory: *Technical scrum master (J2EE – web services / Oracle ) *Job Description:* · At least 10+ years IT exp · At least 5+ years hands on experience in J2EE , frameworks, Web services skills and Oracle PL/SQL · Should be certified Scrum Master and at least 5+ years as a Scrum Master · Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory · Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency · Prior Architecture and Design experience · Good understanding ability and analytical skills · Assertive and strong in articulation skills.
