Exp Level : 10+ years Description: The Solutions Business Analyst will be key member of Supply chain Operations backend team responsible for driving high visibility business and systems initiatives across supply chain areas including order management/orchestration, Merchandising Data Management, Inventory planning & Control, Care centers, DC and Logistics operations. Solutions business Analyst acts as a liaison between supply chain business domains and the IT department to understand business challenges and identify and execute business process changes or technology solutions to solve those challenges. Location The business analyst will be based in our home office located in Corte Madera, CA. This position will require home office presence. Experience & Key Skills: · Four-year college degree in supply chain, IT, business operations or equivalent. · 10 years of business analysis or supply chain operations or IT consulting or big implementations experience. · Strong analytical & Process Knowledge in Supply chain, fulfillment/distribution in Retail or consumer goods industry is must have. · Direct to consumer or multi-channel experience is preferred. · Prior experience in Project Management, coordination & Support is preferred. · Demonstrated knowledge in area of Business analysis & Requirement gathering, implementation support. · Previous involvement in Change management, user training and strong documentation skills. · Prior Process optimization, Use case analysis & testing experience are desired. · Ability to troubleshoot and understand decisions made in one unit of the business and its affect up or down stream to prevent issues and define resolutions. Primary Responsibilities/ Tasks This individual will be involved in wide range of tactical and strategic initiatives including big ERP implementations, small to mid size projects involving business improvement or business applications changes across merchandising, inventory planning & control, order fulfillment, Distribution centers, delivery operations, Supply chain finance & customer service. · Business partnership to implement and support big business and/or systems initiatives. · Initiate, analyze, define and document cross functional requirements, processes, and use cases to support a project. · Lead detailed user acceptance testing effort through active involvement in test case compilation, test case planning, execution and defect review/impact/mitigation. · Lead and Assist in the definition and implementation of enhanced business processes & changes involving cross functional collaboration, training, implementation and success measurement and adaption. · Gather, analyze and convert data into useful business information to drive decision making process. · Risk assessment and business impact measurement. · Level set priority on day today operational, systems issues and drive closure through collaboration and partnership.
