*Position: Cassandra Developer Location: Irving, TX Duration of Hiring: 6+ Months Contract * *Job Description:* Minimum Qualifications and Key Requirements: · Deep experience (8 years or more) with Cassandra DB development using Microsoft SSAS · Demonstrated proficiency in the design and development of data warehouse semantic layer and data modeling concepts such as star schemas, snowflake schemas and highly-normalized models. · Expert level knowledge of SQL. Ability to diagnose and tune queries, use of advanced SQL features such as window / analytic functions. · Experience with Aggregate Join Indexes (AJI) on Teradata platform preferred. · Experience in the following reporting tools - RDBMS, Business Objects, Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata , Tableau would be an advantage. · Experience and knowledge of disciplined project-delivery processes.
