The National Gallery of Art, Washington (www.nga.gov) is seeking a Web Production Assistant to join its Web and New Media team. It's an entry-level position in a creative and engaging environment. The position entails updating our Web calendar of events, exhibition schedules, and our online listings, and aiding the designers with basic design preparation. Additional duties include tracking purchases, setting up meetings, and keeping the office running smoothly. The candidate should have experience with Dreamweaver, CSS, and Photoshop. We are looking for an organized person with Web production experience, a great aptitude for detail, and good communications skills. The calendar is generated from a content management system, but the candidate must know HTML basics.
