They say they are entirely sold out for Wednesday and do not have conference
rates for Fri or Sat.

Hi -- I was also told that there were no rooms available at all on the
Wednesday (November 8), so it was an issue of availability, not the
conference block for that night.

I just spoke with Dawn and she has spoken with the hotel. There is some
sort of issue with the way the room block had been reserved. It should
be straightened out shortly and rooms will soon be available. You
should try again later.
