Has anyone had experience with projectors that use a laser light source, such as the Sony VPL-FHZ55? For the installation of digital artworks, I’m interested in them for their supposedly wider gamut, and potential 20,000 hr life.
I’m only interested in them if the image quality is excellent, so I’d like to know if there are any inherent trade-offs that come with laser projectors.
