[MCN-L] Job Opportunity: Collections Database Manager at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum (Boston)

Hello All,

The Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum is in an exciting digital phase and is
embarking on a major Access to Collections digitization project funded
through a grant from the National Endowment for Humanities (NEH). The
Collections
Database Manager is a foundational position that will play a critical role
in establishing an authoritative center for digital asset management across
the Museum.

This is a full time position funded for three years, with the possibility
of extension.

[MCN-L] Imaging SIG: AHFAP Museum Photography Conference - Call for papers

The Association for Historical and Fine Art Photography (AHFAP) will be holding 
its 2016 Conference on 10 November at the Imperial War Museum, London. This 
year we are issuing a broad and wide-ranging call for papers, encompassing all 
aspects of cultural heritage photography and related sectors. We would welcome 
papers on your projects, stories, and cross-sector subjects.

It is planned that the timetable can accommodate papers of 15-, 30- and 45- 
minute durations. Please submit your proposals to i...@ahfap.org.uk 
 by 7 August 2016. For further information on the
