Hello, we at The Museum of Modern Art here in NYC have an AV department
that, on an org chart, lies within IT - so IT consists of the AV department
and the Technology department - parallel to one another. There is about a
5-10% overlap in work - so the two operate fairly independent of one
Like SFMOMA, I've used Brightcove before, but I think the reasons to do
so are getting really skinny ... it's super expensive and only does a
bit more than a $20/month Vimeo Pro account (as far as I know).
Keir, do you think if you made the decision today, you would go with
Brightcove? Why?
