guys are using netxposure .. Can you use their API for applications that
require web services? I assume TMS relational data objects are supported within
netxposure.

I received enough positive feedback today that I went ahead and posted the
source code for a TMS API on CodePlex. Still, I think MCN is a better home
for this sort of thing.
