We have about 300 that we give out to visitors and student groups. We hold onto a picture id during use. Its been a smooth process with little bumps. The only work is equipment maintenance and overnight storage and charging. Crystal Bridges has been doing this for 5 years. We just went through the process of replacing old devices and we've been through a few different management processes as well.
