Christine, One thing to keep in mind about a privacy policy: getting one in place is only half the battle. Actually abiding by it can be the real challenge. Make sure that your privacy policies and practices are in sync, or you'll be worse off than if you didn't have one at all. It's a good idea to sit down with the folks in sales/credit and figure out what they actually do with all of the information that they get, because if you get a cookie cutter policy that doesn't reflect the reality at your institution, there's bound to be friction. kwg Kevin W. Dear Christine, The Direct Marketing Association has a free privacy policy generator on their web site: http://www.the-dma.org/privacy/creating.shtml It will ask you a series of questions and create a basic policy.
