Christine, One thing to keep in mind about a privacy policy: getting one in place is only half the battle. Actually abiding by it can be the real challenge. Make sure that your privacy policies and practices are in sync, or you'll be worse off than if you didn't have one at all. It's a good

Dear Christine, The Direct Marketing Association has a free privacy policy generator on their web site: http://www.the-dma.org/privacy/creating.shtml It will ask you a series of questions and create a basic policy. Be sure to review the policy and make sure it reflects your actual practices.
