The Cloisters on the Platte Foundation is seeking proposals for a creative and technical partner to design and develop an audio guide for its Stations of the Cross trail.
The Cloisters on the Platte is a religious retreat center located on the banks of Nebraska’s Platte river. Scheduled to open in summer 2018. Visitors to The Cloisters will walk the Stations with an audio guide that tells the story of the Stations and the original sculptures created for the trail while supporting spiritual contemplation, reflection and prayer. The goal is to seamlessly integrate the audio guide into the visitor’s experience of the trail through engaging audio, an easy-to-use interface, and extremely reliable devices. The Foundation is open to bids submitted by multiple suppliers working in partnership on this project. However, we require that one firm serve as the prime contractor for the purpose of the contract. The Request for Proposals (RFP) provides additional details and instructions for submitting a proposal. To receive a copy of the RFP, please contact Pratyusha Gampala at pratyu...@franklygreenwebb.com. Questions about the RFP should be submitted to Pratyusha by COB June 7th. Proposals are due by COB June 21th.
