IMA has the same issue and Facilities is currently converting to Dude Solutions for our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). If we are happy with the results they have asset management, IT management (help desk tickets), event management and other modules that could be implemented. -- Stuart Alter Director of Technology

However, lack of integration, version control or granular filtering create a range of resource assignment conflicts and miscommunication. emails/ calendaring platforms (ala exchange) are inefficient for controlled communication and do not provide just in time, at a glance information to different stakeholders (security/ AV and others) The ideal platform will be easy to customize, and have various levels of access control that can be assigned. tracking of assets and spaces are critical. What platforms or controls do you use in your institutions? Are they tied to your Building management systems? Fixed asset financial tracking? Thank you for your valuable input Doron Ben-Avraham Chief Information Officer Solomon R.
