Dear colleagues, I wonder if anyone has had use of social media engagement within their museum or specific cultural institution? Particularly, in terms of my Master dissertation research I am working with social media adoption for cultural heritage interpretation by example of Lithuanian museums. At that moment I am applying a social media strategy to National Art Gallery in Vilnius (Lithuania) in terms of digital engagement framework - how to enhance visitor experiences through the use of social media channels, explore new methods of interactivity, etc. I need good practical examples of social media engagement in museum/ gallery practice (strategy - step by step).
