Langsung saja yah pak.
Ada yg saya ingin tanyakan ni, ada partner kami
angga.prat...@superindo.co.id mengirimkan email ke user kami yaitu
dimajkt@ed-dima.com yessy.d...@ed-dima.com tetapi mereka tidak
menerima email yang dikirimkan pada hari kemarin pak.
Setelah saya cek log nya ada, baik smtp-in maupun di routing log nya.
Seharus nya message akan masuk ke mailbox masing2 user kan pak.
Dan ketika coba saya cek langsung di public folder nya, email tersebut tidak
ada pak.
Tetapi hari ini pagi jam 9 kembali di request untuk di forward lagi message
tersebut, masuk pak user menerima di outlook nya pak.
Kenapa email tersebut tidak masuk ke mailbox user yah pak kemarin ?
bagaimana kemana mencari message tersebut pak ?
1 lagi pak, bagaimana mencari email menggunakan message-id yah pak ?

Date stamnya sama persis Pak, Jum'at 4 Jan 2012, 1:29PM Jika berbeda, jangan-2x sendernya pakai menu edit as new untuk mengedit mail yang ada di sent folder yang tingkat probabilitas kesalahannya besar (baik recipient maupun attachment mail)? Klo untuk scenario diatas menurut saya kemungkinannya kecil terjadi pak, karena email yang mengandung attachment adalah email yang pertama, dikirim ke alamat email (forward) yang salah (email internal), dan kemudian dia forward lagi email yang sama ke email (external) tanpa attachment, akan tetapi di imap folder sent email yang di forward ke external justru mengandung attachment. [MDaemon-L] Email tidak sampai ke user tetapi log nya ada
Cari dibawahnya lagi, transkrip yang memperlihatkan mail di simpan di \\mdaemon\users\ed-dima.com\dimajkt.kae, \\mdaemon\users\ed-dima.com\yessy.dewi dan \\mdaemon\users\ed-dima.com\admaster. Setelah saya cari tidak ada juga pak. Kalau tidak ada, periksa ke antispam log, content-filter log. Berdasarkan anti-spam log, message tersebut di delete pak. Bagaimana cara nya tuk menangani hal ini yah pak ke depan nya ? Maksudnya cari di log atau di email client? Prinsipnya sama saja sih, gunakan search engine di text editor atau email client editor. Memang sudah ada rencana untuk upgrade versi, tapi skalian sambil ganti hardware baru nya juga yang masih dalam proses pemesanan. Karena kondisi hardware existing saat ini juga sudah uzur. Bukankah sudah bypass spam filtering? Kemungkinan antispam di email client yang melakukan pemindahan message dari inbox ke junk mail.
