Coba periksa berapa besar nilai dari Maximum message processing threads dan
Maximum TCP connections per thread.

Tidak/belum tahu kalau ada yang pernah coba integrasikan dengan Zendesk.

Tetapi pada umumnya ticketing system pakai Web Programming (PHP script)
dikombinasi dengan SQL, untuk transportnya tetap pakai email (server).
Sama saja dengan program/utility lain seperti ERP, MailFlow dll.
Coba saja baca dokumentasinya, mungkin ada informasi mengenai integrasi utility
progam tersebut dengan Internet Mail Server.

Mail ini diputus oleh firewall receiver karena sedang sibuk.

Berapa besar nilai idle time out "Wait xx seconds for protocol dialog to start "
