Apakah bisa di mdaemon di set smtp menggunakan authenticate per user ?

karena hostingnya hanya menerima authenticate per user.



Saat ini di mdaemon di set authenticate menggunakan user name dan pass
pihak hosting.

Dikarenakan ketidakstabilan nya , maka kami ingin mengalihkan menggunakan
smtp hosting

tetapi mempunyai kendala authenticatenya

 Isi mail di BB handheld tidak bisa dijadikan patokan, karena tidak
 realtime synchronize dengan MDaemon.

Terjadi kadang kadang kenapa lampiran file excel terbaca di icon nya file
pdf, terjadi sebalik nya juga file pdf berubah menjadi excel, bagai mana
cara memperbaiki

menggunakan rule Bagi beberapa user nya,contoh:

-copy the message to sura...@geosinindo.co.id

rule ini berjalan dengan baik dan sura...@geosinindo.co.id mendapat 1 email
copy pada saat sanrio.wy...@geosinindo.co.id mengirim email

tapi jika sanrio.wy...@geosinindo.co.id mengirim email yang sama dengan
lebih satu penerima maka sura...@geosinindo.co.id mendapat email sebanyak
yang sanrio.wy...@geosinindo.co.id kirim, padahal hanya butuh 1 email copy
saja...

apakah bapa bisa bantu untuk masalah ini?

di anggap spam oleh server kami,
tetapi tetap saja email si pengirim tersebut masih di anggap spam, a

Selamat pagi pak, saya ingin bertanya masalah filtering di mdaemon
di tempat saya menggunakan filtering dengan kasus seperti ini:


ada bbrp user yg masuk dalam 1 group, misal nama grup A.

setiap email yg dikirim keluar dari grup A, managernya selalu mendapat 1
copy secara otomatis.

content filter yg kami buat :

if SENDER is a member of GROUP 'A',
...then COPY the message to specified user.

Rule ini jalan bagus jika TO hanya 1 orang, tapi jika ada embel2 CC, maka
si manager selalu mendapatkan email lbh dari 1 copy (duplicate). Padahal yg
diperlukan si manager hanya 1 copy email tsb.

Dari rule yg diatas tadi apakah ada yg kurang ?

Kami menggunakan mdaemon v12.0.3
