dynaplast.co.id selalu ditolak dengan notifikasi berikut:

 Harusnya begitu akan tetapi kenyataannya berbeda (tidak eksis).
 Ada kemungkinan sender itu salah mengisi account profile di email
 clientnya, dalam hal ini isian reply-to address salah isi.
 
 BTW. Isian account profile yang baik kolom reply-to seharusnya kosong
 saja, kecuali memang untuk keperluan khusus.

Baik pak coba saya infokan ke user.

 Kenapa smarthostnya diganti jadi diri sendiri?
 Mestinya tetap pakai smarthost = smtp.sby.uninet.net.id seperti yang
 lama agar mail terkirim ke internet bukan (sengaja) melakukan mail loop.
Setting di MDaemon saya pilih Delivery Optionnya dengan pilihan ke-3 pak
dengan nama server mail.rexplast.co.id
Apakah mail.rexplast.co.id tetep menggunakan smtp.sby.uninet.net.id ya pak?
Atau gimana?
Memang awalnya saya isi smtp.uninet.net.id 

Mohon petunjuknya.

Kemudian untuk delivery Optionnya dipilih apa pak?
Ada 3 pilihan dan sekarang saya pilih option ke 2 yaitu Send all outbond
email to the server specific bellow kemudian server namenya saya isi
smtp.sby.uninet.net.id

 Itu karena MDaemon Anda terima mail melalui domainpop, dan settingnya
 salah, kelihatannya sih karena mail hoster (ISP) Anda tidak mendukung
 domainpop services.

Harusnya setting gimana pak?

 Berapa sih kapasitas kanal internet yang dipakai?

Kapasitasnya 3Mbps internasional dan 5Mbps IIX dedicated pak

 Kalau sudah diatas 512 KBps, sekalian saja diubah konfigurasi MX nya
 agar MDaemon bertindak selaku primary MX sementara server ISP sebagai MX
 backup.

Baik pak akan saya coba ke primary MX pak

 Jadi minta ke ISP agar domain rexplast.co.id di set sebagai relay
 domain di server mereka (mx-1.sby.uninet.net.id), dan diaktifkan ETRN
 service.

Mengaktifkannya gimana pak? Maaf masih belajar
