Mail ditolak karena dikirim melalui server yang identitas hostnya tidak 
terdaftar di internet, dan server mail.arta.co.id tidak melakukan sync 
dengan http://ftp.dutaint.com/altn-mdaemon/miscl/.


Server mail.arta.co.id pakai MDaemon versi diatas 20.x kan?
Jika benar, maka unduh file berikut

http://ftp.dutaint.com/altn-mdaemon/miscl/HeloLookupWL.dat

lalu salin (timpa) ke folder \\mdaemon\app, dilanjutkan dengan restart 
MDaemon service.


Sebaiknya diaktifkan sinkronisasi dengan http://ftp.dutaint.com dengan 
mengunduh script file berikut


http://ftp.dutaint.com/altn-mdaemon/miscl/xtra20.7z

Ekstrak file tersebut ke folder \\mdaemon\app, yang akan membuat folder 
\\mdaemon\app\xtra.
Salin file \\mdaemon\app\xtra\midnight.bat dan 
\\mdaemon\app\xtra\sync.bat ke \\mdaemon\app.


Script midnight.bat untuk melakukan sinkronisasi secara otomatis setiap 
tengah malam, sementara script sync.bat digunakan jika ingin melakukan 
sinkronisasi secara manual sebelum tengah malam.

Masih sama masalahnya dengan yang lalu.
Dan solusinya juga sama:
1. upgrade Windows OS kw win7 keatas atau Windows 2016 keatas.

Sebaiknya diupgrade saja ke Win10 atau Windows 2016 yang masa trialnya 
180 hari dan bisa di extend 5 kalinya kalau memang masih perlu.
Kalau hardware server yang sekarang tidak mendukung 64-bit atau multi 
core dan RAM tidak bisa diupgrade menjadi 8 GB atau lebih maka bisa 
PC/Server second yang harganya terjangkau.

Ini bukan ditolak tetapi tidak bisa connect karena ada masalah dengan SSL/TLS.
Koneksi time out saat handshaking smtp/tls, akibat ssl algoritma tidak
sesuai.

Upgrade Windows OS dan upgrade MDaemon agar bisa menggunakan
SMTP/TLS dengan Schannel Protocol TLS 1.2.

Ini kenapa ada IP 131.10.1.25?

Coba periksa public IP yang digunakan mdaemon dengan akses ke http://ip4.me dari
MDaemen server.

Server/IP mail.advanceproduct.com [202.146.225.92] diblock oleh mail firewall
antispam.bri.co.id  dan antispam2.bri.co.id (alias antispam2.gtm.bri.co.id).
Alasannya tidak dijelaskan karena firewall memang tidak pakai bahasa Email,
tetapi bahasa tcp/ip.

Hubungi recipient melalui free public mail mintakan agar server
mail.advanceproduct.com [202.146.225.92] di whitelist di mail firewall
antispam.bri.co.id/antispam2.bri.co.id.

Distribution list  tidak mengubah From  original sender/poster,
sehingga saat distribution list @care.org meneruskan mail akan menggunakan
sender (Mail From) address helenvan...@careind.or.id yang ditolak oleh server
mail.careind.or.id yang mengaktifkan internal SPF (Sender Protection Framework).

Distribution list  tidak boleh dibuat bertingkat (nested distribution list) akan
menimbulkan masalah di member yang mengaktifkan proteksi SPF atau DMARC, hanya
mailing list yang bisa/boleh dibuat bertingkat.
MS Exhange tidak punya fitur Mailing List hanya Distribution List (group
contact) saja.
Distribution list (group contact) tidak akan mengirim mail ke member jika
postingnya berasal dari member tersebut.

Ada korespondensi kami yang mengirim email ke user , namun selalu mental 

Setelah saya cek di log ada indikasi SPAM , namun saya coba cek lebih detil
ke SPAM Log tidak ada detilnya

spamhaus.org

 Mohon solusinya ya pak? 

Perbaiki setting firewall Anda agar outbound tcp port 25 hanya boleh
digunakan oleh MDaemon saja (diluar itu harus di block).
Setelah itu lakukan prosedur removal.

Itu mailserver hoster Anda (smtp2.sby.uninet.net.id) pakai DNS-BL host
dnsbl.sorbs.net dan kebetulan sender host masuk dalam blacklistnya
sorbs.net.

Sampaikan ke mailhoster (ISP) Anda agar jangan pakai DNS-BL sorbs.net
karena server itu sudah tidak lagi dimaintain dengan benar serta
akurasinya rendah (sudah lebih dari 2 tahun mau dijual nggak laku-2x,
sempat mati 2 bulan lalu hidup lagi 3 bulan, terus gitu timbul tenggelam).
Yang paling parah prosedur removalnya ribet dan minta bayaran (sekitar
US$ 50 per incident, minimum) yang harus dikirim ke yayasan sosial yang
dia akan tentukan nanti.
Orang Aussie saja (sorbs.net yang maintain orang australia) banyak yang
nggak suka dengan DNS-BL itu, nggak perlulah orang Indonesia ikutan
mendukungnya.
Tidak recommended dipakai.

Anda kirimnya ke unknown user ya wajar donk di reject, mungkin Anda salah tulis
email addressnya. Tanyakan ke [EMAIL PROTECTED] mengenai email address
yg benar.
