Apakah sender host/IP nya masih sama dan error nya juga persis sama?
Perlihatkan transkrip log nya kesini.

Bagaimana cara menjalankan script sync.batnya, apakah dari DOS Console 
(DOS Prompt)?

Belum, dari gambar terlihat bahwa yang ada adalah isian 
"ec2-16-79-16-192.ap-southeast-3.compute.amazonaws.com accept" bukan 
"ec2-3-35-113-187.ap-northeast-2.compute.amazonaws.com accept"


Membandingkan gambar itu dengan  file 
https://ftp.dutaint.com/altn-mdaemon/miscl/HostScreen.dat terindikasi 
bahwa proses sinkrosisasi dengan 
https://ftp.dutaint.com/altn-mdaemon/miscl/ tidak berjalan benar.
Mestinya akan terlihat masalahnya ada dimana dari sync log 
(\\mdaemon\app\xtra\logfile.txt).


Dugaan saya penyebabnya adalah file \\mdaemon\app\hostscreen.dat tidak 
bisa diupdate karena file permissian (ACL) file itu tidak cocok dengan 
Windows user yang digunakan untuk login (secara interaktif) ke windows 
dimana terinstall MDaemon.
Apakah server MDaemon pernah diperbaharui dalam selang waktu 1 -3 tahun 
terakhir?


Saran saya, lakukan sinkronisasi secara manual sbb:

- Hapus file \\mdaemon\app\hostscreen.dat.
Login ke Windows dengan username yang dibuat pada saat pertama kali 
install Windows.
- Unduh file https://ftp.dutaint.com/altn-mdaemon/miscl/HostScreen.dat 
ke MDaemon server

- Salin file hasil unduhan itu ke folder \\mdaemon\app\
- Restart MDaemon.exe service dari Windows service control panel.

Kalau sudah berhasil terima mail dari sender [@lxintl.co.kr] hari ini, 
besok pagi periksa sync file


\\mdaemon\app\xtra\logfile.txt dan
\\mdaemon\app\xtra\wgetlog.txt

kirimkan kesini transaksi terakhir (paling bawah)

Ini errornya berbeda dengan kemarin, mail ditolak karena identitas IP 
yang digunakan mirip dengan koneksi wired broadband (yang tidak 
diperkenankan kirim mail dengan direct delivery).


Tetapi kalau menjalankan script \\mdaemon\app\sync.bat dengan benar atau 
mdaemon system script \\mdaemon\app\midnight.bat berjalan akan tidak 
masalah, karena kemarin itu saya sudah update hostscreen.dat untuk 
mengantisipasi masalah diatas.




Bagaimana cara menjalankan script sync.batnya, apakah dari DOS Console
(DOS Prompt)?

Bukan begitu cara menjalankan Script sync.bat, tidak boleh dijalankan 
dari file manager melainkan harus dari DOS Shell (DOS prompt) karena 
batch file terdiri atas banyak (DOS) command bukan hanya 1.

1. Melalui DOS Console (DOS prompt)

- masuk ke DOS console

Tekan tombol Win (tombol logo Windows) dan R secara bersamaan pada 
keyboard Anda. Ini akan membuka jendela "Run" (Jalankan).
Ketik cmd di dalam kotak teks yang muncul lalu Tekan tombol Enter atau 
klik OK.

Untuk melihat apakah script sync.bat (atau mdaemon script midnight.bat) 
sudah berjalan baik, periksa isi file \\mdaemon\app\xtra\logfile.txt


Catatan: script midnight.bat perlu disalin dari
\\mdaemon\app\xtra\midnight.bat ke \\mdaemon\app\

SOFTFAIL (~all), jadi kalau mail dikirim melalaui IP yang tidak terdaftar di SPF 
host akan ditolak juga.


Mestinya SPF record domain mandau.id diubah seperti ini

"v=spf1 +mx +a +ip4:184.170.148.125 include:smtp.biz.net.id -all"


Koreksi, harusnya

Mungkin memang recipient itu tidak lagi terdaftar atau ada masalah di
user database server penerima.
Coba ditanyakan melalui media komunikasi lain (sms, SocMed, fax).

Pak ada kasus aneh email rejected user unknown, kejadian hanya 2 domain
saja yg baru ketemu, saya dapat pastikan email address sudah benar.
salah satu contoh log nya.
Saya coba kirim dari domain pttdp.com dan gmail 22 nya direject dengan
message yg mirip. Apakah domain tujuan sedang masalah atau gimana ya ?

Tidak pak, untuk file reversexcpt.dat saya tidak melakukan sinkronisasi
otomatis ke ftp dutaint. 
Biasanya saya seminggu sekali melakuka copas manual dari ftp dutaint ke
reversexcpt di mdaemon saya. Atau jika saya menemukan email rejection
semacam ini saya akan tambahkan manual sendiri ke reversexcpt, lalu cros cek
ke ftp dutaint, jika belum masuk list, baru saya laporkan ke milis.

Ya, asalkan MDaemon Anda jangan sync dengan ftp.dutaint.com perihal
ReverseXcpt.dat.

serahkan ke orang yang mengerti, mestinya DNS hoster atau mail hosternya
bisa membantu.

Pilihan lain, minta mereka buat free account di
gmail.com/live.com/yahoo.co.id khusus untuk berkorespondensi dengan
server-2x yang tidak mau terima mail dari domain yang expired atau
sengaja (atau tidak) melakukan phising mail.

Untuk sementara untuk ip sender tersebut sudah saya tambahkan di whitelist
reverse lookup karena keperluan user kami untuk berkorespondensi dengan si
sender. Apakah dengan begitu untuk domain subur.co.id tersebut tetap bisa
berkorespondensi dengan user kami pak?

Paralel akan coba kami sampaikan melalui user kami agar bisa di sampaikan
kebagian IT sender yang bersangkutan.

setting mail server yang benar lebih mudah lakukan yang ada dalam

kendali Anda sejauh masih dimungkinkan.



Kalau sender memang legitimate (mail correspondence user Anda) masukkan

sender  (atau @domain) kedalam spam filter whitelist
