Pergantian IP dilakukan di internet router (atau firewall) dan di 
windows tcp/ip bukan di MDaemon.


Internet router di supply oleh ISP dan settingnya dilakukan oleh mereka 
sehingga MDaemon tinggal pakai saja.
Dalam hal MDaemon langsung terhubung ke internet router seperti server 
email.rimaugroup.com (pakai fixed public IP), maka tinggal ubah setting 
tcp/ip di windows WAN NIC.

MX backup bisa pakai server milik sendiri atau milik Mail Hoster/ISP.
Dalam hal server milik sendiri artinya MDaemon pakai 2 koneksi internet 
dengan ISP yang berbeda, bisa pakai Internet router terpisah atau pakai 
satu router dengan multi WAN yang mendukung load balance (kedua koneksi 
hidup bersamaan).
Pakai single router multi WAN itu umumnya dilakukan dengan meletakkan 
MDaemon dibelakang firewall, artinya MDaemon pakai private IP bukan 
public IP, agar setting tcp/ip di windows menjadi lebih mudah y.i cukup 
pakai satu gateway address serta pengaturan line fail over (pengaturan 
mana line yang aktif digunakan MDaemon untuk koneksi ke Internet)

Untuk MX backup yang menggunakan server milik mail hoster/ISP, maka 
perubahan cukup di DNS MX saja.
Misalkan MX backup akan menggunakan SMTPrelay relayhost.dutaint.com, 
maka DNS MX recordnya menjadi


rimaugroup.com. IN  MX  10 email.rimaugroup.com.
rimaugroup.com. IN  MX  20 relayhost.dutaint.com.

Semua Internet mail server bisa diatur apakah akan bertindak sebagai 
primary MX atau secondary MX (MX backup), dalam hal ini tentu saja 
MDaemon juga bisa melakukannya (mail gateway).

Ini problem khas user yang pakai koneksi Biz.net.id (dan link.net.id) 
yang memblock DNS query ke public DNS.

Dampaknya sender host time out.
Tunggu saja resent dari sender host itu.

Rasanya mereka sudah mulai insyaf deh, membolehkan query ke public DNS 
local Indonesia.

Coba di test dari MDaemon server.

c:\ nslookup -t txt xiangyu.cn 203.119.13.77
c:\ nslookup -t txt xiangyu.cn 203.119.13.78

kalau hasilnya mirip dibawah ini, boleh tambahkan IP 
203.119.13.77/203.119.13.78 kedalam MDaemon DNS query.

Sudah saya register ke domain host Pak, tapi munculnya di MXToolbox 
kalau cek pakai TXT-Lookup, kalau pakai SPF-Lookup tidak muncul spfnya.

Pak saya coba create dari https://mxtoolbox.com/SPFRecordGenerator.aspx

sewaktu click Finalize report tidak ada yg terjadi, hanya refresh page. 
Apakah ada yg kurang / salah ?

tidak punya SPF Record. Bagaimana caranya create atau setting SPF Record ?

DNS server yang jadi acuan MDaemon terlalu lambat sehingga sender keburu
time out.
Mestinya sender host akan retry to send, ditunggu saja.
