contint: get phantomJS on Jenkins slaves
The PhantomJS Debian package is fairly outdated (1.9.0) and we need a
more recent version for browser testing. I create a dummy git
repository (integration/phantomjs.git) which holds an installation made
on an Ubuntu Precise instance via npm. Use git::clone() to have it
deployed on labs slaves.
