Hi, I have never upgraded my Mediawiki softwares. I have one that is Version
1.9 and one that is Version 1.10. Can I just upload Version 1.13 and then
point the database to my old version?

Never mind. I found a solution which works
Instead of adding the $wgUseImageMagick and
$wgImageMagickConvertCommand variables to LocalSettings.php, add this
line instead:
$wgCustomConvertCommand = /usr/sfw/bin/convert -resize %wx%h %s %d;
This line is documented in DefaultSettings.php and is
DPL (Dynamic Page List extension) has a problem with MediaWiki 1.14.0rc1. Any
DPL tags that select on the Image namespace (e.g., namespace=Image) break
because Image has been renamed to File.
I'm surprised this breaks DPL. I filed a bug report on the DPL web site.
Just letting people know,
The way I understoof the apache config file was, the first entry of all
your virtual hosts is what takes presedence when a user connects to the
web server. So if your first entry that apache reads on startup is for
the 10.9.10.212 virtualhost you have below, then ANY address you type in
