I must have missed a configuration step because MediaWiki is still
defaulting to the mysql search. I've included EzMwLucene.php in my
LocalSettings.php, and managed to get the server started manually
(service.sh kept failing), and the loader does seem to do some indexing, but
other than that

Hi Jules, thanks for your information. 170€ per year for your server sounds
like a reasonable proposition. Siteground wanted US$99 per month which works
out to almost US$1,200. By the way, what is the name of your webhost? May
consider it one day, since I am now paying half of what you are paying

You're right about the initial loadling--however, this is actually only
a problem during the import (the realtime feed doesn't have problems
with the unicode in the titles). But, yes, we have seen a couple of
issues around unicode that we'll need to fix.

The service just isn't working on my system, which is Kubuntu Jaunty Jackal
w/ MediaWiki 1.15 rev. 48811. service.sh always returns FAIL although I
can start it just fine manually. But after that my wiki still uses the mysql
text search - the search override doesn't seem to be working.
