Hi meep users
Am working on ring resonators comprising of two straight parallel waveguides
and a single ring, the input is in one of the straight waveguides , the
coupling is taking place well but what is missing is how the drop port comes in.
any assistance is highly appreciated.
thanks in
cylindrical symmetry, so you
will have to do the simulation in Cartesian coordinates.

Hi meep users
am looking at ring resonators in cylindrical coordinates, but after running the
simulations i get 3 different values of Q, 3 different values of omega, could
their be a problem?
your assistance will be highly appreciated

Hi prem, am still stuck on how to make 2 or more wave guides incident to each
other at some angles, is it that am the one getting it wrong or what?
kindly assist
