Yes you can XC as normal, its carrier neutral. However, there are artificial measures in place to prevent you moving capacity thats international into domestic without paying the proper tariffs. I'm not clear on all ways this is being carried out and I think its evolved over time too but certainly

A number of providers can do it, ourselves (Console) plus Equinix will have a list of carriers. You can do it from either on or off shore zones. Since Du is the only provider with fibre at Equinix, any underlying capacity will be from Du, but they work with their carrier partners which is how com

Hello In Equinix data center are you in Onshore or Off shore zone ? If you are on Off shore, you cannot get a direct circuit as it is not allowed by TRA. But if you are on onshore then you can check with DU enterprise as are licensed to provide the circuits from UAE to Equinix. _
