$350. About $50 less for a 6260 lb truck, and about $50 less than that if you

On inspection of my Engine block ( OM617) after having come back from
the engineers I see the one dowel pin between head and block was bent
over at about 5 deg. This resulted in the hole for the pin being
slightly elongated and this in fact has made the adjacent cylinder out
of round - the metal

I drive a 97 e320 on a daily basis. Here are the things that have come up on
mine over the past three years:
1. Transmission: The tranny is controlled by a computer and the cable that
connects the two weeps tranny fluid into the controller. You need to replace
the seal and wiring

caveats; therefore, we will pursue a possible purchase.

My '83 300D has a vacuum leak when the weather is cold, which stops when the
weather is warm. The locks will operate when leaving the house, but after
driving 12 miles to town in the cold air, the locks will not work. I'm not
sure which part to replace first in order to try and fix it.

First, contact a dealer or good independent mechanic and order a new
set of keys. I would also get a new ignition lock cylinder at the same
time, hopelully this is the correct key.
MB will have records, but you will probably have to order the cylinder
and key(s) from Germany.
