You broke off the wrong corner.
It looks like it could be welded, if you could then machine
off the bead so that it fit into place. It goes through an

My 91 300D 2.5T has a headlight problem I'm having trouble tracing. The
Right Side Low beam will stop - after the high beams are on for a while the low
starts working again - I suspect the system heats up and gets the system warm.
I've changed the bulbs and painted the
Kaleb and anyone wanting to replace FleaBay with a better solution needs to

No relay, but the current does go through the lamp out warning
relay (it's not a relay, but it is in the relay box behind the fuses).

headlights are off, but doesn't flash when the headlights are on. What's the

really smooth or it will scratch the seal and bushing on the way in.
Second if the weld breaks, and the chances are real good for that
happening, the pieces will take out the front pump and very likely ruin
the whole front

I remember those days of zip fuel. Purely theoretical, every time
anyone put some in a working engine the molten borax produced
finished it off pretty fast.

Many aftermarket CD players run an eject cycle when first powered.

have several that have sat for 2-3 year, and put a battery in them and
they fire right up. On a gas car, the tanks probably rusted and plugged up.

You should also have the injectors checked, a bad one will do the
same thing. Quick and dirty check is to swap #2 with another one --

I've looked into buying fabric and making my own screen, but when its all
said and done, it's a lot cheaper to just buy one off of ebay. A roll of
real projector screen material is very expensive, not to mention it must be
attached to a frame under tension for it to look good.
