Don, that's no excuse. My dad only changed the oil and changed air filters on cars, and that stopped when I was in the 3rd grade. All I've learned in MB repair has been from this list and by following MB repair manuals. If you can take apart aircraft electronics and get them back together

I don't see what the problem is so long as the tube you put down the dipstick tube is large enough to pull oil up through. I don't know of ANY dipstick tubes that actually extend to the bottom of the oil pan -- that's why you are supplied a tube when you buy the oil sucker. Peter On Feb
