Last time I went to the ISU junk sale, they had an electron microscope
for sale, for a song.
Sounds cool, but I'm not sure that it would be useful
in general maintenance of odd bits of trailing-edge
technology! Now for the budding metalurgist...

Took the wiper motor/linkage off the car (an easy job actually once it
is spelled out). There are rubber ball/grommets that fit over metal
balls on the ends of the linkages that drive the wiper arms. One ball
has corroded which has thence worn out a rubber socket/grommet, which
has then cause

I don't have any experience on the route you mention as I am in extreme west
Quebec, on the Ontario border, hence when I go Stateside I usually cut down
through one of the Ontario crossings into NY State.
Our highways are generally fine, but

(driver side) is jammed against it, there is a really bad electrical
