There is some guy on Cartalk with an 83 turbodiesel, he put anti-gel in teh fuel on a cross country trip, now it is leaking, running rough, dripping, etc. 125k on the odo. They think he has a bad cylinder or head or cracked block or bad cylinder or something. They are pretty clueless.
