I had a Siamese who chewed (among other annoying habits, the worst of which was sitting on my chest in the morning waiting for me to feed her). I eventually rolled up a sock and tied a string around it and used it as a toy for a while, and she chewed on that one and left my others alone.

OK, so I've never changed a cam before. Seems like it's just a matter of lining everything up at TDC, mark the chain and sprocket, remove the guide rail, remove the sprocket, remove cam. What's all this about retorquing all the cylinder head bolts though? D. __
