I generally just spray a line down one side with a spray can of orange paint.
If you want to get fancy, you could
probably run a couple of strips of tape and paint between them for a cleaner
line but I have had pretty good luck
just by painting a fast line down one side to mark how it was before
Though with some big wheels it might be OK

I don't know about the 115, as I never did one of them, but if it's anything
like the 123 chassis drive shaft, it's not a bad job as long as you can get the
car in the air a decent amount.
