Did you change the crush washer under the big banjo bolt, and the orings on the bolt? IF it were leaking from the inlet or outlet banjo fittings, the leak would be down the side of the canister. It is possible that the casting is cracked or has a pinhole due to a casting inclusion, but I hav

Sounds like the motor is kaput. If you can't get your hands in to take the motor out with the regulator in place, you better get on with drilling holes. On a 126, I once was able to get a dead motor in and out without removing the regulator. Not easy. One last thought run your finge

You might not need to remove the motor if it is attached to the whole assembly -- first undo all the bolts/nuts holding the regulator assembly and see if the motor comes with it (it should be mounted to the regulator if it is like my cars). While on the 123/126 you can wrestle the motor loose
