Not a bad deal. I swapped processors in my early 2006 iMac 2.0 GHz CoreDuo for
a 3.2 GHz Core2Duo and bumped the memory up from 2GB to 4GB, all for a grand
total of $162. A cheap investment to extend the life of an otherwise
functional machine.
Good deal.

To wrap this thread up...
The new motherboard, CPU, and RAM arrived a few days ago. Everything
fit the Presario case nicely. After parsing the Chinglish instructions
for hooking up all the peripheral devices, I booted up. Windows
complained it was not "genuine" but I re-entered the product key
