It is simple to restore. Just go to the date you want to restore,
find the files and drag them back to your HD (location you want them
to go) Same procedure for moving to a new machine.

Unfortunately, it does not provide offsite storage, and I don't think
it is available for winders or penguins.
My plan is for rotating out RAID members. No winguins at
this house, so that's not a problem.
