I've got a Bosch adjustable/right angle driver that uses those batteries and the things just won't die.  Great tools.  I did buy a small drill like that (not a driver but a drill) at Lowes for $5 a few years ago, was a shelf demo model, no battery (but then I got 2 batteries later for $5 too)
