The master cylinder is leaking, it has been leaking, which is what caused the loss of function inside the Hydro Boost. Brake fluid causes the Hydro Boost internal seals to swell, then fail. My rule is ALWAYS replace the master cylinder along with the Booster... vacuum or Hydro Boost.. Saves grief

A little while ago I went ahead and pulled the master cylinder off of the booster.  It is quite simple there is a small rod on the booster that pushes into the master cylinder.  The pedal is connected properly.  The piston in the master cylinder was all the way back.  It was somewhat wet
