Anybody know anything about RV ACs?  On this 5th wheel I got, I wired up a 30 amp outlet in the shop and plugged in the RV.  AC fan runs, compressor kicks in for about 3 seconds, then shuts off, 30-45 seconds later, same it starts again for about 2-3 seconds then quit.  I got up top and pulled
