connections mounting bracket screws for this vehicles fuel filter system.

name of on a tough bolt. Finally tried Rust Eater from Autozone. The
next morning there was dissolved rust all around the bolt and it finally
came loose. It was the only solvent that visibly dissolved rust.

moving parts, etc. Just some tubing and some seals.

Fed Ex just left me a wonderful package. Inside were all the little
bits Rusty sent so that Gump could be back on the road. I think I will
spend the frozen day tomorrow installing the pan. I did have one
problem. For some reason I am not able to get the drain plug that came
with the pan

keep Gumpy going for a while!
Actually, I've begun diagnosing the no start problem with this new-to-me
220D. The VC is off now so I'll be able to tell if the valves are opening
and closing as they should.
