If you have dead cells, you don't want to overcharge the good cells while
trying to wake up the bad ones. Low/slow is better.

A big battery that's mostly discharged can take more than a full day at 2A, and
your "2A" charger might not be putting out 2A the whole time. If it's already
80% charged a few hours at 2A should take care of it.
I'd give it more time and see what happens.
Do you have a voltmeter handy?
