This is pretty straight forward to do. Its such a common wear item on these cars I just assume any car I buy needs the bushings and automatically replace them. This biggest issue is getting the old bushings out. Various methods might work, depending on how stuck they are. My attack plan is

I like it when I get parts from Rusty or Tom and lay them side by side with the old parts... And then note rough machining marks on the new part in the same location as the logo and part number on the original part. It's really obvious on the 123 and 126 UCA's... -- John W Reames

I did it on a 126. Remove the old bolt. Use a piece of 1/2 steel inserted at an angle to drive out the old top bush from under the car. Use a long piece of steel to drive out the bottom bush... (preferably keeping the hammer above the fenders...) Use the old bolt and a couple of extra
