There's a new Febi accumulator being auctioned on ebay that's dated
6-2011. Do these parts age like tires? if so, is this too stale?

I suspect they're categorized as ORM-D compressed gas cylinders. Must be thus
labeled so that the transport company knows not to stick them on a plane.
