Rummaging through my stash of wheels to try to get 4 matching for my
240D, I came across an anomaly. The part number is 123 400 15 02 It
looks like all other 123 wheels for hubcaps, but this one is not
rusty, and after the tire is off it, it is very light. It is a 6 x
14 wheel, where 240D
Its from a non-turbo 300D... they're quite rare! Late 280E might have
gotten them too. I've been looking for a set and I only have one so far.
If you're interested in selling, I'd love to add it to my collection.

Yes. Aluminum. It should have a white line painted on the side. The 6 wheel
that you describe is quite rare and desirable. If you are interested in selling
it, I have a friend in DC who might want it. Yes, likely a 280E.
