I made some out of cherry wood and engraved them with my CNC machine with Benz logos. They fit in the little tray behind the shifter.

to reach with your right hand.

I have seen the fold up ones that screw to your door, but that's not going to 
happen on my car. I'm not screwing anything to the door or any place else for 
that matter.
